We use your information to prepare and send you a fixed, itemised quotation, to arrange and carry out work, to keep before-and-after photographic records of jobs we complete, to invoice you, and to respond to questions or aftercare requests.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept only as long as needed to follow up. Records relating to completed work, including invoices, are kept for as long as required for accounting, insurance and legal purposes, and then deleted.
